The wall mortar intelligent scraping robot is built from sensors, a logic programmer, a servo system, an attitude adjustment mechanism, a plastering robot arm and a spatula.
It is powered by a 48 V lithium iron phosphate battery and moves on wheels, automatically correcting verticality and levelling as it works.
The 1.3-metre knife width and smoothing heights of 3 or 4 metres let one machine cover a full storey height in a single pass.
Used together with a mortar sprayer it quickly screeds cement mortar onto the wall with high efficiency and simple operation.
Parameters are displayed and set on a touch-screen monitor; a DC 48 V 0.75 kW brushless servo motor drives the lift, with electric braking.
Available in yellow, green, blue and white.
