Tell us what you need
Model, quantity, destination port. If you are unsure of the model, describe the job and we will propose two options.

Quotation
FOB or CIF, valid 30 days for machines in production and 15 days for steel-intensive products.

Contract and deposit
30% T/T deposit is standard; L/C at sight is accepted above USD 100,000.

Production and progress photos
You receive photo and video reports at frame, paint and final assembly stages.

Inspection
SGS, BV, TUV or your own inspector is welcome at any stage.

Loading
Lashing photos, hour meter, serial plate and seal number are sent the day the container is sealed.

Documents
Bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, CE declaration and fumigation certificate.

After-sales
Remote commissioning, English manuals, parts list with codes and a 12-month warranty.

Freight & consolidation
Multiple product lines, one bill of lading. We consolidate loaders, attachments and spare parts into the same container to cut your freight cost.
Export documentation
Certificates of origin, Form E / Form A, fumigation, CE declarations and customs pre-clearance paperwork prepared by our own documentation team.
OEM & customisation
Paint colour, decals, nameplate, voltage, cab layout, tyre pattern and hydraulic package can all be changed. Minimum order for OEM branding is one unit on most models.
Spare parts programme
Wear parts, filters, seals and hydraulic components held for every model we ship. Air freight for urgent items, sea freight for stock replenishment.
Flexible payment
T/T, L/C at sight, D/P and escrow through a Chinese bank. Trade assurance documentation available for first-time buyers.
Local dealer support
Exclusive territory agreements, dealer pricing, marketing images and manuals in English, Spanish, French, Russian and Arabic.
