Wear parts are excluded.\n\n## The first parts kit\n\nSend the machine and its filters, seals, belts and hoses in the same container. Air freight for a five-dollar filter is the most expensive way to keep a machine running.\n\n## Urgent parts\n\nEvery model has a parts list with our internal codes. Urgent items leave by air within 48 hours of confirmation; routine replenishment travels with your next order.\n\n## Commissioning and training\n\nOverhead cranes and larger equipment can be commissioned on site by our engineers at cost. For most machines we run remote commissioning over WhatsApp video, with English manuals and step-by-step films.
