When you send an enquiry we store the name, company, email address, country and message you type into the form, so that our export desk can prepare a quotation and follow up with you.

We do not buy, sell or rent contact data, and we never share your enquiry with anyone outside the factories needed to quote your order.

Strictly necessary storage keeps your language choice and your cookie decision in your browser. It contains no personal data and cannot be switched off.

Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads) only load after you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you reject, no analytics or advertising script is loaded at all.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will act within 30 days.

Enquiries are kept for three years so that we can service warranty and spare parts requests, then deleted.
