The HD60 crawler bulldozer meets Euro III emission requirements and is a standardised mass-production high-power dozer using advanced hydraulic transmission and hydraulic control technology.

Core assemblies use a modular design, making removal, installation and maintenance simple.

The Cummins electronically controlled 450 kW engine with air-to-air intercooling gives strong power at low fuel consumption.

A large-displacement intelligent temperature-controlled hydraulic fan provides ideal cooling and can reverse to blow dust out of the coolers.

K-type floating track roller suspension and main-section sealed and lubricated track reduce vibration and extend undercarriage life.

Core hydraulic parts, control handles, controllers and lines come from Parker, Rexroth, Pomke and Linde. Single-lever shift-and-steer control makes travel control fast and efficient, while pilot control of the work equipment cuts operating effort and raises precision.

A 360° panoramic monitoring system eliminates blind spots, and a centralized lubrication system greatly simplifies maintenance.

A German Webasto fuel-fired water heater and air heater, plus an electrically heated air-suspension seat, make the machine suited to extreme cold. Single-shank ripper, two-leg ROPS, automatic ripper pin puller, USB radio and USB charging are fitted.
