Ultra-long Distance Intelligent Armored Face Conveyor

 To achieve the goal of annual production of over 10 million tons in medium-thick coal seams, an ultra-long distance intelligent scraper conveyor has been developed. The equipment has autonomous controllability, self-sensing, and deep collaborative functions, achieving a perfect combination of high reliability and intelligence.

Using Discrete Element Method (DEM) simulation technology, a cross-side unloading head with high unloading capacity was developed, improving unloading efficiency by over 25%.

The embedded sprocket assembly, through a new modular design, achieves full life-cycle application of the sprocket assembly, making chain tooth wear no longer a key indicator of sprocket assembly lifespan.

The central groove uses a gigapascal high-toughness groove side, ensuring high positioning accuracy between grooves and improving alignment during serpentine bending.

The new generation chain dynamic management system consists of a scraper conveyor chain force intelligent monitoring system and an automatic telescopic tail section, evolving fault response from "passive maintenance" to "proactive prediction," achieving full life-cycle management of the chain and ensuring reliable scraper chain operation.

The dynamic monitoring system collects real-time dynamic data through sensor components installed in the chutes, employing neural network algorithms to achieve real-time monitoring of the scraper conveyor's attitude on the working face and multi-machine collaborative control.

The highly integrated transmission system enables multi-motor drive time-sharing and multi-parameter power collaborative control, providing powerful press start-up capability.
